How do engagements usually start?
With a free 30-minute intro call. You describe the problem; we give an honest first read on whether AI can solve it and what it would take. If it makes sense, the first step is usually a fixed-scope engagement: an AI Opportunity Scan, an AI POC Sprint, or a training.
Do you work with non-technical teams?
Yes. Many of our clients don't have in-house AI or even engineering leadership. We explain everything in plain language, and we can act as your technical counterpart when evaluating vendors, hiring, or making build-vs-buy decisions.
Where are you located? Do you work on-site?
We're remote-first with home bases in Brisbane, Australia and Berlin, Germany, and we work with clients worldwide. For workshops, kickoffs, and embedded engagements we can come on-site when it matters.
How senior is the team?
Senior only. Most of the team holds a PhD in computer science, and everyone has shipped production AI systems — including at some of the world's largest tech companies. The people you talk to on the first call are the people who do the work.
What does it cost?
Entry engagements like the AI Opportunity Scan, AI POC Sprint, and trainings are fixed-scope, so you know exactly what you get. We scope and price on the intro call once we understand the problem — no obligation.
Do you resell an AI platform or specific vendor?
No. We're vendor-neutral. We recommend whatever fits your constraints — commercial APIs, open-weight models, or fine-tuned models running on your own infrastructure — and we tell you when the cheapest option is the right one.
